Welcome to the blog

Everything about this day was perfect! I don’t think I have ever been part of a wedding that went off this smoothly and where the guests so enthusiastically enjoyed themselves. That’s just a testament to the kind of people Allison and John are, so warm and inviting and fun!! This day was wonderful, but one of my favorite parts was at the reception. Allison and John had a caller for line dancing, and there was not a guest off the dance floor. There was so much energy, and the love their guests felt for them was so evident. I cannot wait for you to see these images. I know you will enjoy reliving their day just as much as I did while I was editing.
Allison wanted to incorporate this family heirloom into her wedding somehow. I thought it fit so perfectly wrapped around her bouquet!
John was a theatre major in college. How cool are his drama-inspired cuff links!?
These guys were a bunch of fun!!
At the end of their first dance, John and Allison broke out into a choreographed waltz, and it was just the most adorable thing ever and totally unexpected.
John’s brother and best man gave one of the most heartfelt wedding speeches I’ve ever heard. It was incredibly sweet, and I’ll admit I teared up just a bit listening to it.
Allison and John had these adorable cookies shaped like them as wedding favors! And they made their grand exit as husband and wife in this sweet ride! Everything was just so perfect, down to the little details.
After their exit, we snuck them away for some final bride and groom sunset portraits, and I am so glad we did. These turned out to be my FAVORITE! All the heart eyes for these. The light was perfect and so, so dreamy!
