Andrew and LB met through mutual friends at church, started hanging out in groups, and decided after a few months that there might be something there between them. I had the pleasure of meeting these two not long after I started dating Hunter. Hunter and Andrew went to the same high school and played on the lacrosse team together! It's been so fun to see their relationship grow at the same time ours has, and I'm so excited for this new season of life they are entering into! LB and Andrew have sought to please the Lord throughout their entire dating relationship, and they've expressed how important putting God first in their marriage and their wedding is to them. It just makes me so happy to connect with couples who share the same vision and values for their lives, and it's been such a blessing both working with and being friends with Andrew and Laura Beth. I hope you enjoy their session! I know you'll be able to see the silly side of these two, how much they make each other laugh, how genuinely kind they both are, and how much love they have for each other.
I'm SO excited to share Heather and Will's engagement session with you, and I'm even more excited about photographing their wedding later this year! When Heather suggested Savannah, GA for their engagement session, I was all over it!! I mean, who wouldn't love the Spanish moss and southern charm of this beautiful city? And downtown Savannah by the river where we ended our session was actually where Will asked Heather to be his girlfriend, so it was a special place for them. Funny story: Heather actually knows Hunter from working at QT a little while back, and that's part of the reason we got connected! (Who else loves QT?!) Heather actually also met Will when he was making a Coke delivery to the QT she was working at at the time. Isn't that adorable?! He saw her and instantly wanted to ask her out, and after a little convincing, she agreed. These two just have the sweetest love. Will kept Heather rolling with laughter the entire time as he whispered things into her ear. Enjoy their session today!
I met up with Amanda on a Saturday afternoon in front of the iconic Tillman Hall on Clemson's campus. She was followed close behind by her sweet fiance who she proudly told me had "come all the way from Alabama to help with my session!" I was blown away at how sweet that was, and we proceeded to have just the best time snapping some pictures of Amanda all around my alma mater. Amanda and I got to talking more, and she explained she was also planning to head to MY law school after taking a year off to work in the legal field. It was so cool chatting with her and hearing her plans about work, law school, and life with her new fiance. This girl was an absolute ray of sunshine, and I think you'll definitely be able to tell. It was all genuine smiles with this one, and I was so honored she chose me to capture her smiles at the end of SENIOR YEAR! Congrats, grads on making it to graduation week!!
Every brunette needs a redheaded best friend, am I right?! These besties met all because something a little unexpected happened Freshman Year that made Amelia move out of her Freshman dorm room. And they have been inseparable ever since! I know graduation will be bittersweet for them as they leave Clemson and each other. These two have such bright futures ahead of them as they head on to the next step of graduate school. So, I'm very glad I they trusted me to capture these memories for them that they can look back on for years to come! It was such a sweet friendship to photograph and an all-around amazing session. They brought plenty of props from tiger paw flags to champagne, we got to meander all over the most iconic spots around campus, and I am just in love with how it all turned out!! Shooting this session had me feeling all sorts of nostalgia, and as I reminisced about my time here at Clemson, and I couldn't help but be amazed that it's been a whole YEAR since I graduated myself! Crazy how time flies! Enjoy these two cuties!
I love travel and adventure. I love seeing things from new perspectives. I love to find good food in exciting places. And I love making moments last for as long as possible.
