Welcome to the blog

When I pulled into the Mill at Adam’s Pond, I felt like I was being transported to the low country even though I was right in the heart of Columbia, SC. It was like a destination wedding without the driving distance, and that made it special and intimate. Everything from the getting ready shots to the ceremony to the portraits to the reception took place in this location which made all the details so dreamy and fun. The color palette was a perfect mix of summer brights and pastels which tied together perfectly with the bright green Spanish moss hanging from the trees above. To top it all off, there were a couple of crocodiles in the lake behind the outdoor ceremony spot that made its appearance with their heads popping out of the water during the vows. Definitely a unique experience. I had so much fun second shooting this wedding with Courtney Price Photography. And I know you’ll love these images too. So pop the champagne and get to scrolling!
Just the sweetest daddy/daughter first look. These moments always make me emotional!
Jennifer & Josh shared a sweet “first touch” moment followed by the exchange of their wedding gifts for each other. I think Josh did a great job with the delicate necklace he picked out for his bride and that she decided to wear on their day!
